Meney has passed the ISO-9001 quality management system certification, each project from the early tracking, design, production, transportation, installation of scientific and effective management methods.
Installation site, Meney adopts project manager responsibility system.
•Project MANAGER RESPONSIBILITY SYSTEM: EACH PROJECT under construction SITE designated AT least one special PROJECT manager resident, provide SITE material installation technical guidance, supervision of installation quality, coordination and cooperation with the site contractor and other construction units, to ensure the quality and progress of the project.
Meney has 18 project managers, 5 senior engineers, 7 first-level builders and 9 second-level builders, among which 12 have been engaged in project management for more than 10 years and have rich experience in on-site construction technology and management of steel structures.
Direct team management：
Meney Construction now has four directly affiliated installation teams with more than 120 on-site construction personnel. Each construction team is equipped with one captain and two vice-captains, and each captain has more than 5 years of steel structure installation experience.
Meney Construction strictly controls and screens the construction team, strictly accepts and scores each process node of each project, and has zero tolerance for steel structure quality problems to ensure that every Meney construction product is qualified.
Modular hoisting management：
Meney building steel structure installation adopts modular hoisting method. The light steel building roof beam, tie rod, horizontal support, purlin, purlin support and other assembly work are completed on the ground, and then lifted to the steel column. This operation mode is stable and convenient, with a short construction period.
