Roof sliding/thermal expansion and cold contraction

MN73 roofing system can release deformation caused by thermal expansion and cold contraction through free sliding of roofing plate. During the design of the system, the roof panel is generally fixed at the eaves and the ridge is freely telescopic, so that the deformation does not affect the building function and does not destroy the appearance of the building.

The sliding bracket independently developed by Meney Construction is the key to connect the roof plate and the structural parts and realize the free sliding of the roof plate. On the one hand, the sliding connector can carry both snow pressure and pedestrian pressure on the roof, and it can also tighten the roof to avoid being lifted by the wind. On the other hand, the sliding properties of the connectors allow the roof panels to slide freely, thereby releasing thermal stress and avoiding connection failure. The purlin pre-punching technology also ensures that a large number of joints slide smoothly in a straight line.

In addition, at the high and low spans, roof openings and other nodes, the thermal expansion and contraction of the roof is also properly handled.
